1. Data Controller

The data controller is the organiser of the International Dance Festival Ústí nad Labem (contact: info@mtf-usti.cz).

2. What Data We Process

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Information about purchased tickets

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data solely for the purpose of handling ticket orders — sending payment instructions and tickets, and for contact in case of programme changes.

4. Retention Period

Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations (max. 10 years for accounting documents). Contact data can be anonymised upon request.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Submit requests to: info@mtf-usti.cz

6. Processors

We use: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email). All processors have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
