(the "organiser"). These terms govern ticket sales for the organiser's events held at Sportcentrum Sluneta, Ústí nad Labem (the "event") through this website.

2. Order and contract

The buyer selects tickets (a seat, or a standing ticket), fills in contact details and submits the order. The contract is concluded when the organiser confirms the order (e-mail with payment instructions). Selected seats are reserved for the period stated in the payment instructions.

3. Price and payment

Ticket prices are shown for each event and are final. Payment is made by bank transfer (QR payment) to the organiser's account using the variable symbol from the payment instructions. If the payment is not received within the stated period, the reservation and the order lapse and the seats are released for sale.

4. Ticket delivery

After the payment is received, tickets are delivered electronically (PDF with a QR code) to the e-mail address given in the order. Show the ticket on your phone or printed at the entrance; each ticket admits one person once.

5. Withdrawal

Under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to leisure services provided at a specific date (event tickets). Paid tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled (Article 7).

6. Complaints

Complaints (e.g. tickets not delivered after payment) should be raised without undue delay at info@mtf-usti.cz. The organiser will resolve complaints within 30 days. Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

7. Programme changes and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, performers or schedule. If the event is cancelled, the organiser will refund the ticket price to the account the payment was made from; buyers will be informed by e-mail.

8. Admission

The ticket QR code is checked at the entrance; re-entry with the same ticket is not possible. Protect your ticket from misuse (do not share the QR code). Visitors must follow the venue rules and the organiser's instructions.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data in connection with orders is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code. These terms take effect upon publication on this website; the version effective at the time the order is submitted applies to that order.
